TLE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, ERK2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with TLE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE3-to-partner and partner-to-TLE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha_pS118 grouped by TLE3-low versus TLE3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
