The most reproducible TLE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf53, OPN4, and TMEM210. Each is linked with TLE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE3-to-partner and partner-to-TLE3 results are reported.
