TLE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-177P, RNU6-625P, and RNU6-75P. Each is linked with TLE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE2-to-partner and partner-to-TLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-177P grouped by TLE2-low versus TLE2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
