TLE1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,977 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLE1, TLE1_T312, and AGAP3_S538. Each is linked with TLE1P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE1P1-to-partner and partner-to-TLE1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE1P1 versus TLE1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
