TLDC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,008 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AURKA, TOP2A, and CDKN3. Each is linked with TLDC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLDC2-to-partner and partner-to-TLDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLDC2 versus AURKA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
