TLCD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLCD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,301 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLCD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, FERMT2, and CUL5. Each is linked with TLCD5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD5-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLCD5 versus HDGFL3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLCD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLCD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
