Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLCD5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TLCD5 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TLCD5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLCD5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LGG show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and SCLC are the cancer types where TLCD5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
