TLCD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLCD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLCD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5I1, RNA5SP391, and MTCO2P6. Each is linked with TLCD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD5-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5I1 grouped by TLCD5-low versus TLCD5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLCD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLCD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
