Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLCD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,554 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLCD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine autophosphorylation, Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport, and Nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with TLCD5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD5-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD5 results are reported.
