Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLCD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 235 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TLCD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRX12P, SMIM7P1, and ATP5PBP2. Each is linked with TLCD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD4-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRX12P grouped by TLCD4-low versus TLCD4-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLCD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLCD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
