TLCD3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLCD3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,435 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLCD3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, MCM2, and MCM4. Each is linked with TLCD3A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD3A-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLCD3A versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLCD3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLCD3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
