TKTL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TKTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,324 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TKTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, CAPZA1P3, and TRAIP. Each is linked with TKTL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKTL1-to-partner and partner-to-TKTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by TKTL1-low versus TKTL1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TKTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TKTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
