Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TKT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,533 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TKT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METTL1, NAT10, and PGD. Each is linked with TKT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKT-to-partner and partner-to-TKT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TKT versus METTL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TKT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TKT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
