TKFC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TKFC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,026 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TKFC-associated genes across cancer lineages are C11orf1, DNAJC4, and KLHDC9. Each is linked with TKFC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKFC-to-partner and partner-to-TKFC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TKFC versus C11orf1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TKFC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TKFC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
