TKFC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TKFC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 935 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TKFC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, MIR5189, and MIR606. Each is linked with TKFC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKFC-to-partner and partner-to-TKFC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by TKFC-low versus TKFC-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TKFC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TKFC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
