TKFC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TKFC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TKFC-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Notch1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with TKFC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKFC-to-partner and partner-to-TKFC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by TKFC-low versus TKFC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TKFC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TKFC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
