Across TCGA cell cohorts, TKFC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 339 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TKFC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOXF1, SAXO1, and SFT2D3. Each is linked with TKFC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKFC-to-partner and partner-to-TKFC results are reported.
