Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TK2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TK2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where TK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
