Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,952 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4648, LIN7C, and PTPRJ. Each is linked with TK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TK2-to-partner and partner-to-TK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4648 grouped by TK2-low versus TK2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
