Across TCGA patient cohorts, TK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with TK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TK2-to-partner and partner-to-TK2 results are reported.
