TJP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TJP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TJP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK12, ASCL4, and TSPAN16. Each is linked with TJP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TJP3-to-partner and partner-to-TJP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLK12 grouped by TJP3-low versus TJP3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TJP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TJP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
