Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TJP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,218 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TJP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA6, HUNK, and UQCR11. Each is linked with TJP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TJP2-to-partner and partner-to-TJP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA6 grouped by TJP2-low versus TJP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TJP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TJP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
