TIRAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIRAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,252 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIRAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCPS, NRF1, and THYN1. Each is linked with TIRAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIRAP-to-partner and partner-to-TIRAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIRAP versus DCPS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
