TIPRL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIPRL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,107 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIPRL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, PRCC, and ANP32E. Each is linked with TIPRL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPRL-to-partner and partner-to-TIPRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIPRL versus CDC73 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIPRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIPRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
