The most reproducible TIPRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-20, HSFY6P, and RN7SKP295. Each is linked with TIPRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPRL-to-partner and partner-to-TIPRL results are reported.
