Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIPRL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,946 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIPRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEA1, KLHL4, and FOXF1. Each is linked with TIPRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIPRL-to-partner and partner-to-TIPRL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIPRL versus EEA1 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIPRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIPRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
