TINCR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TINCR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,107 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TINCR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTBN2, PKP1, and GAN. Each is linked with TINCR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TINCR-to-partner and partner-to-TINCR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TINCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TINCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
