Across TCGA patient cohorts, TINCR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 186 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TINCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPTEP1, LRRC74A, and CHRAC1. Each is linked with TINCR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TINCR-to-partner and partner-to-TINCR results are reported.
