TINCR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TINCR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TINCR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR188, RPL23AP90, and MIR6753. Each is linked with TINCR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TINCR-to-partner and partner-to-TINCR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TINCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TINCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
