Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TINAGL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,440 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TINAGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADH1B, AOC3, and EMCN. Each is linked with TINAGL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TINAGL1-to-partner and partner-to-TINAGL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TINAGL1 versus ADH1B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TINAGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TINAGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
