TIMP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIMP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,476 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDA, CAVIN3, and VAMP5. Each is linked with TIMP4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMP4-to-partner and partner-to-TIMP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMP4 versus CDA in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
