TIMP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,213 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASA3, CNN3, and FERMT2. Each is linked with TIMP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMP3-to-partner and partner-to-TIMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMP3 versus RASA3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
