TIMP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,077 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPG2, HTRA1, and THBS3. Each is linked with TIMP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMP3-to-partner and partner-to-TIMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMP3 versus HSPG2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
