TIMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,341 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM155A-IT1, RNU6-1318P, and TRGJP2. Each is linked with TIMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMP3-to-partner and partner-to-TIMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM155A-IT1 grouped by TIMP3-low versus TIMP3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
