TIMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and PDCD4. Each is linked with TIMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMP3-to-partner and partner-to-TIMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TIMP3-low versus TIMP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
