Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMMDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,664 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIMMDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOJ, TSPAN2, and LDB2. Each is linked with TIMMDC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMMDC1-to-partner and partner-to-TIMMDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMMDC1 versus RHOJ in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMMDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMMDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
