Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,567 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIMM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TREM1, MYL12A, and PFN1. Each is linked with TIMM9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM9-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM9 versus TREM1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
