TIMM50

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM50 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,150 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM50-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRC1, EID2, and LYL1. Each is linked with TIMM50 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM50-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM50 versus MRC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM50→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
