Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,245 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIMM44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM4, TRIR, and RAVER1. Each is linked with TIMM44 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM44-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM44 versus MCM4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM44→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
