TIMM23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, TSPY22P, and ANKRD26P2. Each is linked with TIMM23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM23-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEPTIN14P19 grouped by TIMM23-low versus TIMM23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
