TIMM22

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,097 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM22-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF5, GORAB, and BCL6B. Each is linked with TIMM22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM22-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM22 versus TAF5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
