Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM17A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,933 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TIMM17A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACYBP, IPO9, and EIF4G1. Each is linked with TIMM17A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM17A-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM17A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM17A versus CACYBP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM17A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM17A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
