TIMM13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 35,029 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHCHD4, NDUFAB1, and PMPCB. Each is linked with TIMM13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM13-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM13 versus CHCHD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
