TIMM13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5708, FCRL4, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with TIMM13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM13-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5708 grouped by TIMM13-low versus TIMM13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
