The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TIMM10B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TIMM10B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and LIHC are the cancer types where TIMM10B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
