TIMM10B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM10B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,652 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM10B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MOB2, RIC8A, and RNF5. Each is linked with TIMM10B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM10B-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM10B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM10B versus MOB2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
