TIMELESS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMELESS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,268 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMELESS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with TIMELESS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMELESS-to-partner and partner-to-TIMELESS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMELESS versus RRM2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMELESS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMELESS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
