TIMD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIMD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 633 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE9, LCE1C, and OR5H8. Each is linked with TIMD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMD4-to-partner and partner-to-TIMD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE9 grouped by TIMD4-low versus TIMD4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
