TIGD7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIGD7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,132 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS27, MRPL52, and SLC22A2. Each is linked with TIGD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD7-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIGD7 versus MRPS27 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIGD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIGD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
