Across TCGA cell cohorts, TIGD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIGD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1A1 and KRTAP19-8. Each is linked with TIGD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIGD7-to-partner and partner-to-TIGD7 results are reported.
